Our Vision is to develop Cancer Free World, a society with Zero Percent Cancer affected individuals. Reducing the Cancer mortality rate by providing awareness & improving the lives of cancer affected people so that they can lead a safe and dignified life on the significance of early detection of cancer and its treatment.

Mission

Our Mission is to reach maximum out lives across all socio-economic populations through cancer prevention. Deliver early detection and provide quality cancer care to them. We strive to improve the quality of life of cancer and affect patients and their family members.

Our goal is to give awareness about cancer with the help of early detection camps, Palliative training, workshops, Nutrition & good food campaign, Motivation & Psychological sessions also by conducting Fundraising Camp.

Aim

The vision of SusruthaCan is to develop a society where people affected by cancer can get the best possible support, care and awareness so they can lead a safe and dignified life. During the first phase, i.e., from 2019-2026, we aim to carry out mass awareness and educational programmes at various places including schools, colleagues, corporate offices, government institutions, NGO etc. This will help the common people to understand the causes and symptoms of cancer, cancer check-ups and the importance of seeking early medical treatment and prevention.

Objective

Our Mission is to reach maximum cancer patients regardless of their socio-economic status and deliver quality cancer care to them. We strive to improve the quality of life of cancer affect patients and their family members. The goal is to give awareness about cancer among the general public and generate trained volunteers to support patients and their families. We will be at the forefront to raise public awareness among the youth on the significance of early detection of cancer and its treatment.

Why we are doing this process

SusruthaCan is an initiative by two Ayurveda doctors, Dr. Krishna Kumar, MD ( Ayurveda) and Dr. Sreeja Krishnan, (BAMS). They have witnessed the physical sufferings, emotional distress, and mental problems of their grandfather and father in their own family. Also, as doctors, they're seeing and experiencing the pain, anxiety and uncertainty of numerous cancer patients from different walks of life. These led them to start a new venture to impart awareness among cancer patients and their family. The motto of SusruthaCan is to stand with cancer patients and help them to lead a normal life in society.

We focus on every aspect of cancer. Be it generating awareness about prevention and early detection or educating young cancer survivors. Above all, we provide counselling to family members and friends who should be the one which gives enough courage to the patients to face the disease.

We will spread awareness of some social practices like smoking, chewing tobacco and pans, early marriage, etc prompt to increase the cancer patients in society. We will reach out to as many people as possible in society and committed for giving a dignified life to cancer patients
